Community First Present Financial Management To JJC Students

Community First Credit Union becomes community partner with Jacksonville Job Corps.  Ms. Ramona Cobb-community 1st representative  and three associates presented students with an indept look at building their financial future.  Students were given check registers, checks and calculators to post and manage real life expenses as they visited everyday life expense booths.

Presenters discussed  financial tips for managing your personal fiances: learn self control, know where your money goes, Start an emergency fund, Start saving for retirement, guard your health, guard your wealth, understanding gross and net pay.

Students were engaging and interactive and learned the value of making good financial decisions.  The representatives will provide on-going workshops to assist the students their financial management.
