Excelsior Springs Job Corps Center students celebrate graduation from center and local program.

Students at the Kansas City Alternate Training Location of the Excelsior Springs Job Corps Center held a graduation ceremony. 77 students earned certifications as Certified Nurse Assistants or as Pharmacy Technicians. They also earned their High School Diplomas, if it had not already been obtained. Barbara Haynes-Jenkins, the owner of a local talent and advertising agency gave the Graduation Address.

Students from the Facilities Maintenance Trade competed the Construction Green-Up Program for environmental remediation training at the Kansas City Kansas Community College. The program is a collaboration between the college, OAI, the Metropolitan Energy Center, and Era Environmental.
