Muhlenberg Job Corps Student receives Outstanding Multicultural Award

Kitumaini was born in Congo and later became a resident of Orlando, Florida.  On May 14, 2012 he enrolled as a student of the Muhlenberg Job Corps program.  During his enrollment, he has successfully completed the Medical Office Support and Pharmacy Technology trades and is currently enrolled at the Madisonville Community College.  On April 24th he had the honor of receiving the Outstanding Multicultural Award from the Madisonville Community College Multicultural Student Association.  Kitumaini currently holds a 3.0 GPA, is working to become an Occupational Therapist, and is one of the seven Muhlenberg Job Corps students enrolled at the Madisonville Community College.  In addition to his outstanding performance with the Multicultural Association, he also works as a math and French tutor at the Madisonville Community College Central City Campus.  Kitumaini Nturubika continues to be a positive role model to the students of the Muhlenberg Job Corps and Madisonville College.  He is proof that Job Corps works!
