Cleveland Job Corps Center – Mayor’s Night Out Against Crime 5th District

CLEVELAND – Tuesday night, August 5, 2014 the Cleveland Job Corps Center’s Student Ambassador, join 5th District Commander Dennis Hill for the Cleveland’s 23rd annual Mayor’s Night Out Against Crime.

Residents are coming together to make a stand against violence, while enjoying music, games and food.

The event kicked off at 5 p.m. at several locations around the city, including Steelyard Commons, East Tech High School, Cudell Recreation Center and Duggan Park.

Night Out Against Crime is a national event designed to heighten crime and drug prevention awareness, generate participation in anti-crime programs, build relationships with law enforcement and let criminals know that neighborhoods are fighting back.

More than 37 million people are expected to participate nationwide.
