Ms. Ivin Lee, Charleston Job Corps Center’s, Community Relations Council and Executive Board member was on center with guests to register students to vote on Monday, Sept. 8, 2014 at the Monday Business Meeting. Students and staff were encouraged to register, especially WV students. The state will have an open senate seat due to the retirement of U.S. Senator Jay Rockefeller. Senator Rockefeller is a longtime supporter of the Job Corps Program. He was recognized with a plaque for his years of commitment and dedication to the program on July 18, 2014 at the joint Community Relations and Center Industry Council Meeting at the Charleston Marriott Town Center.
