Red Rock Job Corps Center staff and students began their breast cancer awareness activities this week with a “tie one on” campaign during which pink ribbons are displayed throughout the campus. Also, staff and students participated in a memory wall, where they can honor both breast cancer survivors as well as those loved ones who’ve passed. On October 16, the staff will “Pink Out” and wear all of their pink clothing to show their support as well as a number of other activities including a car wash and detailing sponsored by the Auto Collision Repair vocation with proceeds benefitting breast cancer awareness and research.
