The Student Government Association (SGA) hosted a Talent Show on Thursday, October 1st in the Recreation Center. Mr. Al Leslie, Academic Manager, served as the host of the show. The talent show had 14 acts and an array of talent displayed from singers and dancers to poets and rappers. It was display of diverse talent. SGA President, Nora Gunn; Recreation Supervisor, Mr. Thomas McCastle; and Wellness Manager, Ms. Samantha Norwood served as judges and selected the finalists. The winners were: First Place:
Leonard Stevenson and Jarvis Hare, Song; Second Place: The Jazeling King and Queens: Shamond Pugh, Kadesha Burns, Carolyn Denny, Monique McGahee, and Antiona Phillips, Dance; and Third Place: Christen Gray, Song.
