The CSIO department honored Disability Awareness Month by hosting an October Awards Assembly that recognized well-known celebrities who have disabilities.

The celebrity honorees were actors: Orlando Bloom, who has dyslexia, and Will Smith who has attention deficit hyperactivity disorder or ADHD.

The members of the Student Behavior Committee spearheaded this assembly and gave awards such as Most Improved Student of CPP and Dorm of the Month.

Dorm of the Month went to C.J. Walker. The dorm’s staff also came out on top, winning Success Team of the Month for the second time in a row.
