Charleston Job Corps Center held its annual Thanksgiving luncheon-Nov. 20, 2017

The Charleston Job Corps Center operated by Horizons Youth Services (HYS) for the Dept. of Labor held its annual student and staff holiday luncheon on Monday, Nov. 20, 2017. Food services prepared the meal under the leadership of Thomasina McKinney, Food Services Manager.

The meal included the following:

Meats-Turkey, Cornish Hens, Roast Beef and Apple Glazed Pork Loin
Macaroni and Cheese
Mashed Potatoes
White Rice
Green Beans and
Collard Greens
Corn on the Cobb
Candied Yams
Desserts: Butter Cream Pumpkin Roll, Pumpkin Ice Cream and Pumpkin Pie
Open Salad Bar with Variety of Pasta and Salad
Soda, Juice or Water

Several center staff worked the serving line, monitored the cafeteria and worked the dish room after the meal. We hope everyone had a fabulous time and enjoyed the delicious meal.
