Anaconda JCCCC culinary arts instructor and four “Red Hat” chef-trainees make the local newspaper for their stellar catering service.  County commissioners, as well as the volunteers being honored, are among the many that continue to recognize and thank Anaconda JCCCC for its consistent support of community events.
