Pine Ridge Job Corps’ Green Club in Chadron, Nebraska, assisted the US Fish and Wildlife Service in planting 8,000 Willow Trees along the Box Butte Creek, south of Hay Springs, Nebraska, on June 1st. There were over fifty students and two staff who participated with the project.

The Pine Ridge Job Corps’ Green Club was busy on Earth Day 2011. The students toured the Upper Niobrara Natural Resource District. The Pine Ridge Job Corps Health Occupations Career Technical Trainees gain invaluable, on-the-job training at several of the medical facilities located in the area.  The students are in training to become CNA’s (Certified Nursing Assistants).
