November 1-4, six ambassadors from Blue Ridge Job Corps attended a leadership camp hosted by Camp Horizons. The four day camp fucused on civic duty, and it challenged all ten Job Corps present to come up with ways they could make their centers better through civic duty. The highlight of the week was when the national Director visited the last two days of the conference. She visited with  all the students and listened to their presentations on the last day. The week was full if educational experinces that would take them outside their comfort zone to grow individually and as a group.
