On Wednesday October 8, the Students in Ms. Emma Farthings Career Transition Readiness (CTR) Class, got a chance to attend the KY Career Centers Job Fair held at the Jenny Wiley State Park. The students that are in the CTR class are in the final stages of the program, and almost ready to graduate. Students job search, sharpen interview skills, and  update resume while in the 2-4 week portion of the program.

Students had the opportunity to talk with College recruiters, Wal-Mart, McDonalds, Western Construction just to name a few. What a wonderful opportunity for students to attend events like this, and network with employers while also  practicing those communication skills that they worked on  in the program.
