Perkins construction students worked hard so families would have better access to cemetery. On the morning of August 13, Perkins students where hard at work, cutting weeds, clearing debris, and repairing the only sign that identified the Martin Community Cemetery, located in Martin, KY, that no  one could see due to weeds that had covered it. Weeds had taken over the sign as well as the entrance way, leaving no way for out of town families visiting  , to identify where their loved ones where laid to rest.

Students will return on the Fall, to clear some other areas of the cemetery.
