On Thursday March 22, the Carl D. Perkins Job Corps Youth2Youth (Y2Y) students held a Candlelight Vigil in Downtown Prestonsburg for those4 who have been affected by violence. The event was to coincide with National Youth Violence Prevention week. The students worked hard to prepare for the event, while also presenting information on what Y2Y was to the City of Prestonsburg Mayor Les Stapleton and City Council.
