Carville Job Corps Automotive Class volunteered during Earth Week for a Citrus Tree Planting Day  in the St. Gabriel Martin Luther King Memorial Park in St. Gabriel, Louisiana. The planting event was hosted by the St. Gabriel Department of Public Works and Baton Rouge Green Tree Experts. The citrus trees planted, were Louisiana Satsumas.  Baton Rouge Green Tree Expert- Robert Seemann,  demonstrates the procedures to follow when planting citrus trees as Carville Job Corps students along with instructor, observe before embarking on their project of planting  seven trees in the Gt Gabriel Martin Luther King Memorial Park.
