Our community partners are challenged to make Charleston Job Corps a viable option when seeking skilled laborers. Our students have worked hard to acquire the skills required for current positions available in West Virginia and throughout the United States.

The Career and Technical Trade instructors actively seek information and guidance from area businesses to ensure that their training matches the skills necessary for potential candidates. These programs and training are designed to align with the labor market for the West Virginia area’s major industries including Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facilities Maintenance, Carpentry, Network Cable Installation, Pharmacy Technician, Dental assistants, Office Administration, and Medical Assistant.
