Charleston Job Corps Center’s, Ladies of Excellence attend the Annual Rotary of South Charleston Christmas Luncheon on Tuesday, December 11, 2012. Students Chelsea Co and Charmagne McKinney accompanied by Business Community Liaison, Tia Welch (Rotary President Elect) enjoyed the festivities. The Annual Christmas Luncheon is attended by members and guests at Little Creek Country Club, South Charleston, WV. Entertainment was provided by the South Charleston High School Show Choir and a special donation was made to the choir and representatives from Heart and Hand Community Center, South Charleston, WV on behalf of the club.
