Cleveland Job Corps Committed to Attaining His Full Potential

Cleveland Job Corps Center alumni Xavier Oliver (25) graduated on October 4, 2015. He earned credentials in Facility Maintenance, Forklift Operator, HBI Pre-Apprentice, High Performance Insulation Professional (HPIP), and Power Actuated Tools. Xavier began working at The Millennia Companies as a Maintenance Assistant on August 25, 2020.

“Xavier has been a great addition and asset to the Kingsbury Tower Team. He has taken every step to ensure he understands his job and expectations associated with his role,” stated Maxine Lowe, The Millennia Companies Talent Acquisition Director. “We look forward to watching Xavier grow with The Millennia Family!”

Committed to attaining his full potential under the guidance of The Millennia Companies, Xavier will begin taking classes at Interplay, an interactive virtual HVAC training program. The virtual training course is managed by employees. Upon the completion of the program, Xavier can take a test to attain his HVAC certification. These opportunities will be at no cost to Xavier.

“Job Corps was my opportunity to get a free education, learn a trade that I can build on for success,” stated Xavier. “The staff were there for me when I struggled with reading and math, and to help during difficult times. Ms. Sandra Talley TABE Instructor and Mr. Robert Peck Facility Maintenance Instructor, thank you for your continued support.”
