Cleveland Job Corps Newly Elected SGA Officers

Newly Elected SGA Officers

The Cleveland Job Corps Student Government Associationelections are completed with new officers for the 2017-2018 academic year. SGA officers serve as a channel of communication between the Center and the student body. Please join us in congratulating the new officers:

JaVaughn Mallet, President – I plan to uphold the honor and integrity that this position brings; in addition to bringing change to the lives of the students.

Ja’Mice Vargas, Vice President/Y2Y Ambassador – I will encourage students to strive for the best and to set good examples by letting people know that no matter where you come from you can still make a positive impact.

Tiara Lu’Sane, Secretary – I will work to aid my fellow leaders.

Sam Bonin, Treasurer/Committee Chair – I plan to help continue to bring about the positive change that is necessary for the campus to thrive.

Deanna Walker, Sergeant-at-Arms – I plan to help with changing student behavior and work on communication between students and staff.

Angel House, Diversity Officer – My goal is to bring multicultural awareness to the entire campus by providing education and training while incorporating activities and peer support groups.

Marjshane Dudley, Fundraising & Events/Minor Ambassador – I will work to provide fun activities and events for the student body. In addition, to assisting minors with transitioning into independent living by incorporating peer group activities and training.

Tiffany G. Artis, the SGA Coordinator – I will work diligently to offer leadership training, enriching activities, support, and the necessary tools to help build a stronger and more confident mindset for our students; so, they may one day become positive leaders and pillars within the community.
