On August 15, 2017, Daniel Serrato and Cleveland Job Corps Center Safety and Security Manager David Wynne met with personnel of the Cleveland Police Department, Fifth District, Police Headquarters to conduct two Active Shooter Drills, one during the day and one during the evening.

The Cleveland Police leadership who were present to support the Active Shooter Drills were Commander Morris and Detective Sanders. We thank the Cleveland Police Department for their continued response concerning the Center in all matters. Understanding the work load and challenges the Police Department inherently deals with day in and day out, speaks volumes to the continued support the center receives to ensure our community is safe from crime.
