Mr. Bibbs grew up on the eastside of Cleveland Glensville neighborhood and wanted to give back to his community. The Job Corps members all worked very hard and with a attitude appropriate to the task . By the end of the day, 24 homes or propoerties had recieved assiatance in some form.
