As 21 world leaders descended onto Waikiki for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum,three Job Corps culinary students were in the kitchen at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel preparing meals for APEC events. The culinary students gained valuable hands on  experience and had the opportunity to work alongside  some of Hawaii’s top chefs.
