On November 24, 2015, Kittrell Job Corps Center Student Government Association members delivered eight turkeys to ACTS Soup Kitchen in Henderson, NC donated by Kittrell staff .

Kittrell Job Corps Center students and the Business and Community Liaison Director helped serve Kittrell staff donated turkeys and the rest of Thanksgiving Dinner at ACTS on Thanksgiving Day to feed the homeless and needy families.
