The Muhlenberg Job Corps Center Health Career trades hosted a blood drive for the American Red Cross on Wednesday, November 11, 2015. This is a blood drive that is not open to the public, but for student and staff participation only. Students who are enrolled in the health careers trades assisted with the appointments and organization of all center donors.
The Center was able to provide fifty one productive donors with a total collection of 43 units. This amount will save the lives up to 129 hospital patients! The Muhlenberg Job Corps Center holds 3-4 blood drives a year for the American Red Cross and the students truly enjoy donating for this worthy cause.
