NORTH TEXAS JOB CORPS STUDENTS COMPETE IN THE SPEC MIX BRICKLAYER 500 YOUTH COMPETITION

Catch the "Fire" North Texas Job Corps Bricklaying Students

The North Texas Job Corps Bricklaying students competed in the first annual SPEC MIX Bricklayer 500 “Youth” competition on 10/11 in Dallas, TX.  NTJC bricklaying students competed with other students from local high schools and walked away with the third place win.  Ronnie Brinkley, NTJC brick instructor stated that “I hope this youth completion is held every year from now on out.  It is good for my students.”  The two NTJC students serving as the  NTJC team said “we applied everything that Mr. Brinkley taught us.”
