As a veteran of the Richmond Sherriff Department and Full Time Mobile Advisor, Mr. Charmers’ part-time employment here at Old Dominion is greatly appreciated, by staff and students alike. His professional relationships produce a level playing field for the center’s culture. When he is on center he is everyone’s go-to officer, instead of calling for security to respond, he is called by name.
