Pittsburgh Completers Find Career Path Success

Here are success stories from seven completers at the Pittsburgh Job Corps Center:

Kuljit K. completed the off center training program in Phlebotomy and was accepted into the college nursing program at the Community College of Allegheny County.

London W. completed her C.N.A.  and found full time employment at Skyvue Manorcare.

Brett C.  completed the associates degree in Business Management at Butler County Community College  and put together a business plan to purchase a landscaping and snow removal business.

Brooklyn A. is taking nursing classes at Delaware County Community College and works at the Barkley Friends Nursing Home as a C.N.A.

Mario A. graduated from the culinary arts program and gained some experience working at Bucca di Beppo and now works as a line cook at the Grand Concourse in Station Square.

Adam M. completed the facilities maintenance program and found a job at Service Master.  He assists in the maintenance of commercial property.

Dakota P. started his career in the Heavy Equipment Mechanics program and was hired by Brookville Equipment Corporation in Brookville, PA.

These students are living proof that the Job Corps program works!
