BloodSource offers internships to Certified Medical Assistant students.

The Certified medical Assistant class visited BloodSource Laboratories to tour the organization’s facilities and learn about procedures involving the donation of blood platelets, whole blood and plasma. The class of 36 students was accompanied by CMA instructors Kamaljeet  Singh and Beverly Sandhu.

As a result of this visit, BloodSource has become an official work-based learning partner with the Sacramento Job Corps Center, and currently is offering WBL internships to five Sacramento JCC students.
