Sierra Nevada Job Corps Center (SNJCC) Culinary Arts students placed first in their category for the 5th annual Holiday Gingerbread Festival.  SNJCC’s winning submission featured a winding jellybean road, marshmallow snowmen villagers and edible “stained glass” windows.   The competition was a fun experience for the students and a great outlet for their creativity.  The students’ win appeared in the Reno Gazette-Journal newspaper.
