Mr. Paul Jumper is a familiar face at the St. Louis Job Corps Center, again! Paul began his career with Job Corps in St. Louis in 1983, coming full circle and now serving as the Safety and Security Manager. In 1982 Paul saw a late night television commercial for Job Corps and decided to investigate. At the time he was set on a career in law enforcement, so he joined the Clerk/Typist Program with the intent to enhance his report writing skills. However, Job Corps had a different plan and upon graduation from the program Paul joined the Job Corps team. In the past 38 years he has served at the Excelsior Springs Center northeast of Kansas City and at both the Shreveport and Carville Centers in Louisiana.
