Osei Kweku from I Heart Radio 100.3 The Beat, took time out from a busy schedule to come and talk to the St. Louis Job Corps Students at the Monday Morning Assembly. Osie’s Throwback Hip Hop and R&B (Osei – The Dark Secret) radio show allowed him to speak to the students in terms and situations they understood. He spoke of his life as an immigrant to the United States and the process of learning how to be successful. He especially targeted how you respond to others and the important of being a professional and dealing with others in a positive and productive way. Osei over all theme was summed up with his statement, “You can’t control what others say or do but you do have total control over how you respond.”
