Students at Old Dominion deserve recognition for working in the cold to recycle cardboard boxes on Center.

“It doesn’t really matter about getting noticed for doing this,” a student said. “What matters is that we took a little time for an activity worth doing.”

Eight Flint/Genesee Job Corps Centers students were recently hired by the State Parks and Recreation Division - Department of Natural Resources.    The students who did  an excellent job during the interview process at  a Job Fair held on center, have been  great on-the job as well.  Students have an array of job responsiblities to include clean-up, beautification, and office work.
