Whitney Young Jr. graduates prepare for college at KSU

William Lloyd, of Cleveland, OH, started at Whitney M. Young Jr. Job Corps in January 2019. He obtained his high school diploma through the Penn Foster High School program and completed the Certified Nurse Assistant career technical training program. He currently is waiting to take his nurse assistant certification exam. He continues to prepare for that exam through distance learning while working full time as a nurse aide at the Home of Taylor’s Pointe in Cincinnati, OH, earning $14.50 an hour.
His goal is to earn a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice at Kentucky State University.
