The Wilmington Job Corps Center celebrated our annual “May Day Celebration” on May 24th. The event was held on center and the purpose of the event is to incorporate the ten Career Success Standards into engaging and fun activities.

Employers were on hand to discuss their company’s hiring practices, demonstrations and games were provided which tied in all ten standards.

Local television station Channel 22 was on hand and taped the show for television viewing. A picnic style luncheon was served after the morning events for all in attendance.
