Recruitment Never Stops for Woodland Job Corps

BCL, Jobina Brown reached out to Imani Booker, Independent Living Coordinator for Charles County Department of Social Services to participate in “Back to School Jam Night” for the youth in Charles County, Maryland.

During this event, Ms. Brown was able to pass out all of her Woodland literature, speak to prospective youth and their parents, and make contacts with other agencies to do more outreach events in that area.

“It was a great experience to educate, advocate, and empower young people and their parents about how Woodland Job Corps can service them,” stated Ms. Brown.

Woodland Job Corps is determined to get full even if it is one student at a time!
