Africa Speight: Way to work your Mac 12

My time at Woodstock was an adventure. I thought I was just coming to get a trade, but I obtained a lifetime of experiences. A big challenge was adapting to my environment and dealing with my attitude, but I knew that if I really wanted something no one was going to stop me from reaching my goal. I learned that in life you have to keep pressing on. You can never give up. I believe anything is possible with help and guidance.

I thank everyone who taught me life skills: my dorm RA’s, my wonderful family, instructors, Mrs. Snowden, my friends and boyfriend but most of all, Mrs. Drummond, CTR Manager. She always listened instead of talking and that was important to me. She was never too busy and took the time to understand me. Thanks for an amazing journey.

Ms. Speight transitioned out of the program on 9/18/15 with employment at Whalen Security, a JTM starting at $14.51 hourly.
